Solborg is a multi-cultural social therapeutic community within the Camphill movement. The aim of Solborg is to create a new form of community life inspired by anthroposophy, together with people who have special needs. About fifty people belong to the Solborg community. We live together in extended families, where people with and without special needs live together. We try to create a meaningful work situation for everyone, so our workshops are an important part of our community. We have a bio-dynamic farm and vegetable garden, a herb garden, a forest group as well as a weavery, bakery and cooking workshops in the houses. We also have a strong cultural life in our village, with village meetings, drama, concerts, eurythmy, lectures, music and dance.

OUR WORKSHOPS

1. weavery - producing different kind of handicradts (work with leader, vool, spinning, knitting, decoupage, jewels, sewing, etc.)
2. Work in bio-farm and garden.
3. Jam and juice group (producing it from fruits, which grows in our garden)
4. Cultural group - we have a special place to sing, dance, playing instruments, keeping our mind creative..
5. Bakery (producing bread, cookies, cakes, pizza, muesli, etc.)
7. Herb workshop (producing tea, creams, oils, medicine, etc.)
